Satan's so crooked he is the type to tempt and corrupt the people into stealing money. By God's 8th Commandment the ones who are easily in a state of confusion give in to the evil trap of the devil. Even to the point of making it seem easy when no one is around so they wouldn't be caught. It is God who sees everything on earth if people take and they don't have any regard? How would they feel if someone had stolen money from them?
