Satan gives people what they want but takes it back later on because life on earth is only temporary while Hell itself is permanent. If he offered me anything I wanted just walk away from God,Jesus and Wisdom and everything is yours and I won't bother you. I'd say no because that's only a betrayal and I won't do that. God can grant me the desires of my heart but instead I have the love of him, Jesus and Wisdom.
